1. Agreement to Terms
By using Ember (HeyEmber.ai), operated by LittleRedCode Pte Ltd, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ember is an AI-powered platform where both partners can reflect privately on their relationship. Ember uses context from your conversations to ask better questions and help you think more clearly—while maintaining complete privacy between partners. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Important Disclaimers
Ember is not a therapist, counselor, or mental health provider. Ember provides general relationship guidance only. No therapist-client relationship is created.
Seek professional help for mental health crises, domestic violence, or serious relationship distress. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.
AI limitations: Ember may produce inaccurate responses. You are responsible for evaluating any guidance provided.
4. Eligibility and Your Account
You must be 18 or older to use Ember. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. One account per person. When inviting a partner, you confirm you have their consent.
5. AI Processing
By using Ember, you consent to AI processing of your messages to generate responses. Ember provides guidance only—not professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. Our systems monitor for crisis signals and may provide safety resources automatically. In rare cases, a trained team member may review flagged conversations.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use Ember for unlawful purposes, to manipulate the AI, to harm or harass others, to access another user's data, or to disrupt the Service.
7. Subscriptions
We offer free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime—takes effect at the end of your billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned by LittleRedCode Pte Ltd. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in the Service.
